What we collect
- Your name, phone number and delivery address — we cannot deliver without them.
- Your email address, if you give one, for order updates and the newsletter.
- Your order history.
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, in aggregate.
What we do with it
We use it to confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to answer you when you get in touch. Your phone number and address are shared with the courier carrying your parcel, because that is how a parcel arrives. Nothing else leaves us.
Payment details
We never see or store card or bKash credentials. Online payments are handled entirely by the payment provider; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your bag and your wishlist between visits, and to keep you signed in. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
Marketing
The newsletter is opt-in and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Order confirmations and delivery updates are transactional and are sent regardless, because you need them.
Your data
Write to hello@closetbytasfin.com and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We keep order records for accounting purposes even after an account is closed, but we will remove everything not legally required.
