Closet By Tasfin is a Bangladesh-based retailer selling to customers within Bangladesh. Placing an order means you accept the terms below.
Orders
- An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is formed when we confirm it, normally on the phone.
- We may decline or cancel any order — most often because a piece sold out between your order and our confirmation, or because we could not reach you.
- Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders, or decline them.
Pricing
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes.
- Delivery is charged separately by zone and shown before you confirm.
- If a piece is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you rather than fulfil or cancel silently.
Colour and photography
Product photography is supplied by our suppliers and is not exclusive to us. We check every piece against its photograph before listing, but screens differ and a colour may read slightly warmer or cooler than it appears. A minor colour variation is not a fault; a piece that is visibly not the one photographed is, and we will exchange it.
Exchanges
Exchanges are governed by our exchange policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for damage arising from washing or alteration contrary to the care instructions supplied with the piece.
